SMARCD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,286 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM60P3Y, RN7SKP256, and MIR3672. Each is linked with SMARCD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCD3-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM60P3Y grouped by SMARCD3-low versus SMARCD3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
