Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR3672 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR3672 expression is associated with patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR3672 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, MIR3672 RNA expression shows 6,002 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight LUAD, STAD, and UCEC as cancer lineages where MIR3672 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
