Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3672 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,357 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3672-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Regulation of cellular response to heat, and Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule. Each is linked with MIR3672 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3672-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3672 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine modification grouped by MIR3672-low versus MIR3672-high in UCEC.
