SMARCAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,556 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOCS2P1, OR11L1, and NF2. Each is linked with SMARCAL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCAL1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOCS2P1 grouped by SMARCAL1-low versus SMARCAL1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
