SMAD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,683 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL_S346, DDX21_S121, and DPYSL3. Each is linked with SMAD7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD7-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAD7 versus VCL_S346 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
