SMAD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,713 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXNL1, NARS1, and MORF4L1. Each is linked with SMAD4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD4-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAD4 versus TXNL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
