Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,866 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMAD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMBIM6, AP1AR, and EI24. Each is linked with SMAD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD4-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMBIM6 grouped by SMAD4-low versus SMAD4-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
