Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLX4IP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,078 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLX4IP-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPIPB15, RNU6-409P, and FTH1P20. Each is linked with SLX4IP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLX4IP-to-partner and partner-to-SLX4IP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLX4IP versus NPIPB15 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLX4IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLX4IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
