Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLX1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,323 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLX1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Base-excision repair, AP site formation, Regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with SLX1A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLX1A-to-partner and partner-to-SLX1A results are reported.
