SLX1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLX1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,474 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLX1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of t-circle formation, Regulation of t-circle formation, and Negative regulation of inflammasome-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with SLX1A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLX1A-to-partner and partner-to-SLX1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of t-circle formation grouped by SLX1A-low versus SLX1A-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLX1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLX1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
