SLU7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLU7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 551 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLU7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL39P31, LINC02761, and OR6C6. Each is linked with SLU7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLU7-to-partner and partner-to-SLU7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL39P31 grouped by SLU7-low versus SLU7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLU7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLU7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
