Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLMAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,794 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLMAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH11, ACTG2, and LMOD1. Each is linked with SLMAP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLMAP-to-partner and partner-to-SLMAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLMAP versus MYH11 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLMAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLMAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
