SLITRK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLITRK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 165 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS5, DNMT3B, and VWC2. Each is linked with SLITRK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK3-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COPS5 grouped by SLITRK3-low versus SLITRK3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
