SLIRP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLIRP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,298 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS10, C7, and CDO1. Each is linked with SLIRP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIRP-to-partner and partner-to-SLIRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLIRP versus ADAMTS10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLIRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLIRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
