Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLIRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLIRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3142, LONRF2P4, and PPP1R26P2. Each is linked with SLIRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIRP-to-partner and partner-to-SLIRP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3142 grouped by SLIRP-low versus SLIRP-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLIRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLIRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
