Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLIRP mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLIRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP. Each is linked with SLIRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIRP-to-partner and partner-to-SLIRP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPP grouped by SLIRP-low versus SLIRP-high in STAD.
