Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLIRP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,153 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIRP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrial gene expression, Mitochondrial gene expression, and tRNA processing. Each is linked with SLIRP in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIRP-to-partner and partner-to-SLIRP results are reported.
