Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC9A3-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,222 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC9A3-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISG20, ARHGAP4, and THEMIS2. Each is linked with SLC9A3-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A3-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A3-AS1 results are reported.
