Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC9A3-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SLC9A3-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher SLC9A3-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC9A3-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and PAAD show a favorable association.

UVM, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where SLC9A3-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
