SLC7A3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,245 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7, SERPINE2, and SFRP4. Each is linked with SLC7A3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A3 versus SEPTIN7 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
