SLC7A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,249 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASPA, CACNA2D2, and STAP2. Each is linked with SLC7A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A2 versus ASPA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
