Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A11-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,667 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A11-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGD, NAMPT, and SRXN1. Each is linked with SLC7A11-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A11-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A11-AS1 results are reported.
