SLC7A10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,919 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA7, CNRIP1, and PALM. Each is linked with SLC7A10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A10 versus ITGA7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
