Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC7A10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SLC7A10 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SLC7A10 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC7A10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KICH and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, CESC, and BLCA are the cancer types where SLC7A10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
