The most reproducible SLC7A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, CRYBB3, and SLC16A8. Each is linked with SLC7A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A10 results are reported.
