SLC7A10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,144 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVII-46-1, AP1S3, and ZDHHC7. Each is linked with SLC7A10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVII-46-1 grouped by SLC7A10-low versus SLC7A10-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
