Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC7A10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,368 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC7A10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, Regulation of termination of DNA-templated transcription, and Positive regulation of protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with SLC7A10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A10 results are reported.
