Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC7A10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC7A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPFFR1, DRGX, and TCP11X2. Each is linked with SLC7A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A10 results are reported.
