Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC6A16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 511 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDS2, NPHS2, and GP9. Each is linked with SLC6A16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A16-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A16 results are reported.
