Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR6C75 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR6C75 expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Additionally, OR6C75 RNA expression shows 6,338 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight CESC, and STAD as cancer lineages where OR6C75 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
