Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR6C75 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR6C75 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher OR6C75 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR6C75 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and LIHC show a favorable association.
CESC, BLCA, and LAML are the cancer types where OR6C75 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
