The most reproducible SLC6A14P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hormone secretion, Sex differentiation, and Response to carbohydrate. Each is linked with SLC6A14P1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A14P1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A14P1 results are reported.
