Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC6A14P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SLC6A14P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher SLC6A14P1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC6A14P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and ESCA show a favorable association.

GBM, LUSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where SLC6A14P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
