Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC66A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC66A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-165P, OTOP1, and MIR6803. Each is linked with SLC66A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC66A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC66A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-165P grouped by SLC66A2-low versus SLC66A2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC66A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC66A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
