Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC5A8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 306 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC5A8-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRBA, PLA2R1, and MRGPRD. Each is linked with SLC5A8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A8-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRBA grouped by SLC5A8-low versus SLC5A8-high in URINARY_TRACT.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC5A8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC5A8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
