SLC5A6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC5A6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,136 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC5A6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRPPRC, POLR1A, and CAD. Each is linked with SLC5A6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC5A6 versus LRPPRC in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC5A6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC5A6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
