Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC5A6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,284 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC5A6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP4, WDR43, and XPO5. Each is linked with SLC5A6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC5A6 versus UTP4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC5A6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC5A6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
