Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC5A6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC5A6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH11, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, and Chk2. Each is linked with SLC5A6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH11 grouped by SLC5A6-low versus SLC5A6-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC5A6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC5A6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
