Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC5A6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,945 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC5A6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I, DNA replication initiation, and Biotin transport. Each is linked with SLC5A6 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A6 results are reported.
