SLC51B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC51B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,011 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC51B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASL12, GPD1, and RGN. Each is linked with SLC51B in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC51B-to-partner and partner-to-SLC51B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC51B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC51B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
