Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC4A9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 852 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC4A9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOCP28, RIMBP3, and SOAT1. Each is linked with SLC4A9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC4A9 versus ELOCP28 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
