Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC4A9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC4A9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM6, C19orf84, and SCN10A. Each is linked with SLC4A9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A9 results are reported.
