Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC39A7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,289 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC39A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFX2, PPA1, and ANP32B. Each is linked with SLC39A7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC39A7 versus RFX2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
