SLC36A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC36A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,684 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC36A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP295, PPM1D, and CHM. Each is linked with SLC36A4 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC36A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC36A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC36A4 versus CEP295 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC36A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC36A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
