SLC36A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC36A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,834 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC36A4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRR15, FXR2, and ACSF3. Each is linked with SLC36A4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC36A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC36A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC36A4 versus PRR15 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC36A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC36A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
