SLC36A4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC36A4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 212 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC36A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYLK2, LMO7, and FSTL1. Each is linked with SLC36A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC36A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC36A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC36A4 versus MYLK2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC36A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC36A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
