Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC36A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC36A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPINT4, USP17L15, and OR5M10. Each is linked with SLC36A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC36A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC36A4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPINT4 grouped by SLC36A4-low versus SLC36A4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC36A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC36A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
