SLC30A5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC30A5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,725 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC30A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-5P, MTND6P25, and RNU6-855P. Each is linked with SLC30A5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-5P grouped by SLC30A5-low versus SLC30A5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC30A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC30A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
