The most reproducible SLC27A5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, UBE2M, and CASP8. Each is linked with SLC27A5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC27A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC27A5 results are reported.
