Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,933 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, snRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and Spindle elongation. Each is linked with SLC25A5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A5 results are reported.
